| 摘 要： | 运用BEI行为事件访谈法、德尔菲法法及问卷调查等方法,以上海体育产业管理者为调查对象,对我国体育产业中管理者胜任力特征模型进行构建,归纳出了由体育专业素养、人际洞察力、自信、主动性、指挥、人才培养、关系构建、分析决策、影响力、客户服务意识及团队合作11项构成的体育产业管理者胜任特征模型.在与国外体育产业相关管理者胜任特征模型进行对比后发现本文提出的模型更强调管理者的体育专业素养、影响力及团队合作能力.

| Abstract: | Methods of Behavioral event interview,Delphi,Questionnaire investigation,etc as research means,taking Shanghai sports industry management as the research object,Constructing the competency model of managers in China sports industry,summed up the competency model by the sports professionalism,interpersonal understanding,confidence,initiative,command;personnel training,relationship building,analysis and decision-making,influence,customer service consciousness and team 11 constitute the sports industry administrations.After comparing with the foreign sports industry related administrations competency model,this paper finds that the model proposed in this paper emphasizes the management of sports professional quality,influence and team cooperation ability. |
