| Abstract: | From the angle of production economy,this paper analyzes the relations between the enrollment and efficiency as well as the relation between the optimizing education resources and efficiency of the universities in western China.With marginal utility theories,it then analyzes how to optimize the financial resource collocation,and offers some proposals to improve the running efficiency of these local universities. |
