专业化背景下教师发展的自由

摘    要:专业化背景下教师的发展以全面自由发展为导向。教师发展的自由包括自由性和自由度两个方面,自由性是教师发展的基本特性,教师发展的自由度是指教师发展自由性的实现程度,其取决于自我知觉和认识水平,自我实现目标,知识与能力,物质条件,社会关系,学校环境和同事、学生及其家长等相关要素。

Abstract:The teacher's development in the background of specialization should take over-all free development as a guide. The freedom of a teacher's development includes the nature of freedom and the degree of freedom, the former is the basic character of the development while the latter is the realizing degree of the former. The degree of freedom depends on self-consciousness, level of understanding, knowledge and ability, material conditions, social relations and some other factors such as school environment, colleagues, students and their parents.
