| 摘 要： | “直过区”是在我国特定历史条件下形成的特定称谓。笔者通过对德宏“直过区”部分农村小学英语教学情况进行调查，发现存在着不少问题，这些问题如得不到妥善解决，势必影响英语教学质量，甚至影响整个基础教育。本文就存在的问题在进行深入分析的基础上，对如何提高“直过区”英语教学水平提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in English teaching of rural primary schools in ＂direct transition areas＂ of ethnic minorities in Dehong. These problems, if not properly solved, are bound to affect the quality of English teaching, English teaching and offers even the entire basic education. This study analyses the existing problems of the strategies to improve the situation. |
