| 摘 要： | 在回顾企业投资价值研究的基础上，对新发展方向下企业的投资价值的评估模型进行研究。应用工商链条理论，整合构建厂一个新的企业价值评估模型，并运用模糊数学工具进行分析，以大族激光为例进行模型的有效性检验，为制造型企业价值投资评估提供更为完善的、更具操作性的理论分析模型。

| Abstract: | This paper will review previous studies on the basis of enterprise value to explore the new situation,how to measure business value. Also based on this theory, the paper tries to build a new corporate valuation model ,with the use of fuzzy mathematical tools, the validity of which will be test by an example of Han＇s Laser, finally we get an investment evaluation of the enterprise value of more complete, more Theoretical analysis for onerabilitv. |
