基于双CPU结构的数据采集控制系统设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于USB的便携式数据采集与控制系统设计方案。从USB数据采集控制器硬件及电路设计、USB固件开发、驱动程庭设计以及数据采集程序设计等方面介绍了数据采集控制系统软硬件的设计和实现。该系统采用双CPU结构,一个CPU负责进行数据的采集、滤波、计算等,另一个CPU作为总线接口实现与PC机的通讯。以此为核心设计的数据采集控制系统。具有测试精度高、可靠性好,使用方便、通用性强等优点。可用于各种场合的实时数据采集与控制。

Abstract:This paper sets forth a design scheme of portable data collection control system based on USB.Besides,it introduces the design and realization of the software and hardware of the system from different aspects such as the hardware of USB data collection and control system and circuit design,the cultivation of USB firmware,the design of driver and data collection program.This system adopts double CPU structure,one playing the role of data collection,filter and calculation and so on,the other aiming to transfer the true data as the USB main connector.The data collection and control system centered upon double CPU structure has many advantages such as high accuracy and reliability in testing,convenience and universal property over the others.Therefore,it can be applied in different situations for real-time data collection and control.
