论文学翻译归化与异化的两个层次

翻译的倾向争论经久不衰,其中归化与异化是最具有代表性的。本文从新的双向角度(宏观与微观),结合哲学理论(对立统一论),提出对于归化与异化的最新诠释。翻译的目的是促进文化的交流与融合,因此从宏观把握,异化是文化翻译的正道。在微观层面,是语言的操作分析,应该归化与异化杂合(语言转换从属于,服务于文化转换)。这一崭新的视角有助于归化异化理论的科学发展,有助于翻译理论实践的进步。

On double-leveled domestication and foreignization of literary text translation

Translation is language conveyance accomplished in concrete context,including two languages and two cultures,which are transplanted simultaneously in translation.Domestication and foreignization,as two predominant approaches to location of translating culture,has incurred so many debates,which brought little achievement since they are advanced from various angles.The author,based on philosophical theory(contradiction) and cultural theory,contends that domestication and foreignization ought to be analyzed at a double level(linguistic and cultural),which settles the long-term dispute.The paper proves that at the macro level,foreignization is the optimum choice whereas at the micro level,translation is the hybrid of domestication and foreignization.
