| Abstract: | At present, diversification is a developing ten- dency to many enterprises. But the Theory of Core Competence has demerits, for example, difficult to identify, short of analytic instrument, and incapable of accounting for some phenomena. But parenting advantage can just compensate these demerits, it provides a new thought for explaining diversification. |
