北京奥运会承办目的审视

对奥运会的承办历史进行研究发现,奥运会的承办国在为国际奥林匹克运动服务的同时都承载着本国的发展目的。但是,由于疏于掌控,一些国家也出现了本国目的的过度追求,产生了一些负面的国际影响。为避免此类现象在第29届奥运会上发生,依据《奥林匹克宪章》和《主办城市合同》的规定,对北京承办奥运会的政治目的、经济目的、文化目的以及体育目的可能出现的偏差进行梳理,并提出对策建议。

The Proper Control on Purpose of Hosting Beijing Olympic Games

Through studying the history of hosting Olympic Games,the author found out that hosting country had undertaken dual mission,to develop own country and service for carrying on the international Olympic spirits.However,due to the lack of the control and excessive pursuits of hosting purpose,many countries had brought some negative international impacts.In order to avoid such phenomenon taken place in the Beijing Olympic Games and based on the "Olympic Charter" and the "host city contract",this paper reorganized the purposes of hosting Beijing Olympic Games in the political,economic,cultural and sports to prevent the possible deviations and provided the measures and suggestions of proper control on hosting purpose.
