| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等，对厦门理工学院健美操选项课的体育资源、课程结构设置以及学生选课情况等方面进行调查分析，结果表明：学生选课动机、教学内容、教学条件和考核评价体系等方面存在问题，提出加强选项课宣传力度、实行分层教学、丰富教学内容、改善体育场地设施以及改革考核评价方法等建议。
