| 摘 要： | 2008年北京奥运会涉及的政治、经济、体育、环境、文化等环节中存有诸多潜风险因素,为更好地保障此届奥运会顺利、安全、成功举办,在对奥运会各风险因素进行综合分析的基础上,依据制定风险的管理计划、加强对潜在风险的监控、制定具体的风险的防范措施和完善保险体系四个环节探讨创建北京奥运会的风险保障机制。

| Abstract: | The 2008th Beijing Olympic Games,involving the factors of politics,sports,economics,environment,culture and so on,exist full of potential hazard that can make huge losses and damages.We should try to set up a system to reduce hazard on the basis of analyzing each hazard factors in the Beijing Olympic Games,in order to hold smooth,safe,successful Olympic Games.The system contains these four steps: make a plan on how to manage the hazard,strengthen the monitors to potential hazard,take concrete measures to defend the hazard and better the system of insurance. |
