| 摘 要： | 社会生活各个方面对高校思想政治理论课教学绩效研究提出了迫切需要。提高高校思想政治理论课教学绩效应更新教学理念;充实教学内容改革教学方法;注重人文资源的开发和运用;加强教师队伍建设;实施绩效考核等势在必行。

| Abstract: | Various aspects of social life have urged that the teaching performance of the political course be improved.This paper argues that we should update the teaching concepts;reform the teaching methods;develop the teaching resources;strengthen the professional development of teachers and intoduce performance appraisal to the course. |
