高脂饲料诱发大鼠肥胖及耐力训练对肥胖鼠体脂的影响

摘    要:为研究高脂饮食诱发大鼠肥胖效果及耐力运动对肥胖鼠体脂含量的影响,以66只雄性离乳SD大鼠为对象,将其随机分为对照组(16只)和高脂组(50只)。饲养10周后,选择饮食诱发肥胖鼠(DIO,26只),将其随机分为耐力训练组(DIO—T,8只)和肥胖对照组(DIO,18只)。经8周训练(跑台)后处死。实验结果表明:DIO组与对照组体重无显著差异,DIO组摄食效率及体脂含量显著高于对照组,DIO—T组体脂含量显著低于DIO组,DIO组血胰岛素水平高于对照和DIO—T组。提示,高脂饲料可诱发大鼠发生饮食性肥胖,饮食性肥胖与大鼠的高摄食效率及高胰岛素血症有关,耐力训练(相当于65%~75%Vo2max)可减少高脂饲料诱发肥胖鼠的体脂含量。血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯各组大鼠未见显著差异。

Abstract:To study the effects of high fat diet on rat obesity and endurance training on body fat contentsof obese rats, 66 male weaning SD rats were randomly divided into the control group (16 rats) and thehigh fat diet group (50 rats). After 10 weeks of feeding 26 diet-induced obese rats (DIO) were chosen tobe randomly divided into the endurance training group (DIO-T, 8 rats) and the control obese group (DIO,18 rats). After 8 weeks of endurance training (on treadmill) they were all killed. The results showed thatthere was no significant difference in body weight between the DIO group and the control group. The feeding efficiency and the body fat contents were remarkably higher in the DIO group than in the controlgroup. The body fat contents in the DIO-T group were significantly lower than in the DIO group. Theplasma insulin concentration of the DIO group was higher than that of the control and the DIO-T group. Itis suggested that high fat diet induces dietary obesity in rats. And dietary obesity has relation to high feeding efficiency and hyperinsulinemia. Endurance training (65%~75% Vo_2max) reduces body fat contentsof the high fat diet-induced obese rats. Significant differences failed to be found in total plasma cholesterol(TCH) and triglyceride (TG) contents of all groups of rats.
