低碳经济背景下河南省产业结构优化研究

要实现经济的可持续发展必须发展低碳经济，而产业结构的优化是实现低碳经济的重要保障。利用2000-2012年河南统计年鉴的相关数据，对河南省三次产业的碳排放现状进行了分析。结果表明：河南省第二产业碳排放量最大，其中工业是主要的碳排放部门，第一产业碳排放量最低。针对河南省三次产业能源消耗和碳排放特点，提出了发展低碳农业、加快现代服务业发展、树立低碳理念，推动第二产业优化升级、重视低碳技术研发等对策。

The Study on Industrial Structure Optimization under the Background of Low-carbon Economy in Henan Province

Low carbon economy can contribute to sustainable economic development ,which needs to optimize industry structure .According to data of 2000 -2011 from Henan statistical yearbook ,the carbon emission of tertiary industry in Henan province was analyzed .The result shows that the maximum carbon emissions industry is secondary industry ,industry is the main carbon emissions department particularly and the minimum carbon emissions industry is primary industry .In view of tertiary industrial energy consumption and carbon emission characteris-tics ,this study is to provide some countermeasures to optimize the industrial structure ,such as the development of low carbon agriculture ;ac-celerate the development of modern service industry ;build low carbon concept ,optimize the second industry ;development of low-carbon tech-nology .
