乒乓球竞赛规则嬗变与赛前心理训练周期的调控

通过现场观察、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,对江苏高校高水平乒乓球队赛前心理训练周期进行了研究,研究结果表明:1)在技术训练与体能训练中应更好地结合心理训练,以达到对运动的生理和心理共同开发的目的;2)大赛前的训练目标必须由逐级上升的阶段性目标构成,阶段目标必须明确、具体,且可操作;3)教练员应了解运动员在临场比赛中心理危机产生的原因,并进行抗干扰训练;4)对比赛中可能出现的问题,教练员一定要把它放大并在训练中加以解决。

On the Pre- competitive Psychological Training Cycle of Evolution of Table Tennis Contest Rule and the Regulation

Using the spot inspection,expert interview and questionnaire,the paper discusses the pre-competitive psychological training cycle for advanced table tennis team in jiangsu colleges and universities.The research shows that,1)we should unify the psychological training well in the technique and tactics training and the physical ability training,by achieved develops the goal together to athlets's physiology and the psychology;2)before the big game training objective must be constitued of rising gradual goal,the stage goal must be clear and concrete,also may be operated;3)the trainer should understand the reason which in the compertition the psychological crisis produces by athlete,and carries on the antijamming training;4)the question which possibly appears to the competition,the trainer certainly must enlarge it and performs in the training to slove.
