摘    要:本文依据人才成长的全过程,深入探讨了科技创新中的“师承效应”现象,对名师与高徒之间的关联进行了辨证分析。认为选拔优秀人才苗子、进行早期学术启蒙、传授独特治学方法及搭建一流创新平台,是名师往往带出高徒的重要根源所在。

Abstract:The paper based on the whole course of the development of the students,investigates the effects of passing on from teacher to student in scientific and technological innovation. We maintain that the important cause why excellent teachers always bring up outstanding students lies in the selection of promising students,early enlightenment,imparting special methods and constructing the first-class plat form for innovation.
