新形势下加强高校班级建设的问题研究

加强班级凝聚力建设是新形势下加强高校班级建设的有效途径。目前，班级建设工作中存在教育机制滞后、手段单一、方法单板、载体匮乏等问题，提出坚持柔性教育与刚性管理相结合的教育理念，把思想政治教育融入学校管理之中，使自律与他律、激励与约束有机地结合起来，有效地引导大学生的思想和行为。

Research on the Strengthening of University Class Con-struction in the New Situation

Strengthening the construction of class cohesion is an effective way of enhancing university class construction in the new situation. Currently, there are some problems in class con-struction, such as backward education mechanisms, single means, rigid methods, and deficient carriers. The education con-cept of combining flexible education and strict management was proposed,and ideological and political education was infiltrated into university management, so as to realize the organic combina-tion of self-discipline and heteronomy, as well as stimulation and constraint, and effectively guide university students＇ ideology and behavior.
