| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员主体成长是指辅导员主体的角色认知、心理素质和专业能力的发展和成熟,是辅导员职业化、专业化发展的关键。本文从高校辅导员角色自我觉知的实现、高校辅导员心理成长的实现以及高校辅导员专业发展的实现三个方面对高校辅导员主体成长规划展开研究,并进而提出具体的举措从而实现高校辅导员主体成长规划的有益探索。

| Abstract: | Subject development of college counselors is the development and maturation of the role cognition,psychological quality and professional ability of counselors,is the key of occupation,professional development of instructor.This article from the college counselors’ role awareness,the implementation of the university counselors’ mental development and the realization of college counselors’ professional development three aspects to study the subject development planning of counselors in colleges and universities,and then puts forward specific measures to realize the main body of development planning of counselors in colleges and universities. |
