| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、实地考察等研究方法,对我国职业体育产业政府规制的现状进行剖析.认为:我国现行职业体育产业政府规制体制是一种典型的分权规制模式;规制机构设置不合理,职能不清,目标模糊;立法公开性不够,尚未形成完善的规制法律、法规体系;规制能力不足,规制质量不佳;规制过度与规制不足、越位、缺位并存;规制机构的规制行为缺乏相应的制约机制;俱乐部尤其是消费者利益集团尚未成熟.据此提出建议.
