| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设,是全面推进党的建设的伟大工程。该文根据加强党的建设总体目标．提出我们在强调提高党的执政能力的同时,不可忽视或代替加强民主能力建设的问题。只有深入研究、全面理解党中央提出的这一战略性课题,才能实现加强党的执政能力建设的预期目标。

| Abstract: | The strengthening governing ability of the Party is a "great project" about the Party Construction to push on fuU-scale. By total goal on strengthening the Party Construction, the article offers a problem .that we both emphasize strengthening the governing ability construction of the Party, in the meantime, we mustn't ignore or replace strengthening the democracy ability construction. They both supply and co-operate each other, and they help and supply each other still show advantage. Only study deeply and understand overall the strategy topic which the Central Committee suggests, can we realize the expecting goal of the governing ability construction of the Party. |
