职业教育专业教学论初探

摘    要:职业教育的特点在于其鲜明的职业属性,职业教育的专业不是学科专业,它总是与从事某种职业的人的职业活动联系在一起的,它是对相关职业领域里的职业群或岗位群的从业资格进行高度归纳概括后形成的一种能力组合。职业教育专业教学的最大特点是教学过程与相关领域的行动过程具有一致性,因此,职业教育的专业教学要以该专业所对应的典型职业活动为导向。职业教育的专业教学需要专门的理论指导,因此,应该根据职业教育的特点,构建有别于普通教育教学论的职业教育专业教学论。

Abstract:The characteristics of vocational education lie in its obvious vocational nature. The specialty of vocational education is not a disciplinary specialty. Instead, it is connected witn the vocational activities of the people in certain field and is a kind of combined capability formed on the basis of highly summarized vocational qualifications for certain career. The special teaching of vocational education is characterized by the consistence of the teaching process and the activity of relevant field. Therefore, the teaching of vocational education must be oriented by the typical vocational activities of the corresponding career, i. e. the teaching aim must be directed by the vocational objective. Accordingly, the teaching process of vocational education must be guided by the working process and the teaching activity should be directed by the future working situation. Since the special teaching of vocational education requires specialized theoretical guidance, the specialized theory on vocational teaching must be developed in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education.
