从解读农村教育到反思“三农”问题——教育破解农村发展难题

长期以来,农业、农村、农民问题一直是社会高度关注的热点和难点问题,同时也是全面建设小康社会亟待解决的重大现实问题。怎样解决,其根本出路何在?本文立足于教育的角度,跳出“三农”看“三农”,从解读当前民族地区特别是阿坝州农村教育的现状着眼反思“三农”问题的症结,进而探明加快农村教育的发展,“三教统筹”,实现教育均衡发展,全面提高农村劳动力素质,才是破解“三农”问题的根本出路。

Agriculture, villages and farmers have long been a hot and difficult issue with nationwide concern, and an important realistic task to roundly build a well -off society as well. What is the solution? Setting the footing in education, this paper starts from unscrambling the status quo of the existent education in the national regions to reflecting the crux lying in agriculture, villages and farmers, and further probes into the measures to speed up the development of rural education. The outlet to solve the issues lying in agriculture, villages and farmers is to realize a balanced development of education and by and large enhance the qualities of the rural labor forces.
