民间投资乏力的原因及对策

改革开放以来 ,我国民间投资 ,逐步成长壮大 ,在促进经济增长、增加就业、提高人民生活水平、促进经济体制改革等方面发挥了重要的作用。特别是近两年 ,在国家积极财政政策的支持下 ,民间投资增长速度明显加快 ,民间投资开始启动。但制约民间投资发展的因素并未从根本上消除。本文就这些因素进行分析并提出相应的对策 ,以促进民间投资的进一步发展。
