摘    要:目前,我国的中小学教师继续教育侧重于理论型教师培训,这是由教师继续教育与教学实践之间的隔离造成的。转向实践的教师继续教育主要体现在立足于教学实践、贯穿于教学实践和服务于教学实践三个方面。转向实践的教师继续教育的应对策略是案例教学与教育行动研究相结合。

On the Practice Trend of Continuing Education of Prima-ry and Secondary School Teachers

Abstract:At present, the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers focuses on the training of theory-ori-ented teachers, which is resulted from the isolation between teachers' continuing education and teaching practice. The prac-tice-oriented teachers' continuing education is mainly reflected from such three aspects as basing on teaching practice, going through teaching practice and serving teaching practice. The coping strategy of the practice-oriented teachers' continuing ed-ucation is the combination of case-based teaching and educa-tional action research.
