| 摘 要： | 岗位胜任力是新时期专业培养目标的主要体现，本文对中医岗位胜任力的内涵要素进行解析，包括知识、技能、素质和品质等四个方面的能力素质，并对从整合课程体系、构建实践教学体系和引入师承教育三方面培养中医岗位胜任力进行了积极的探索与实践。

| Abstract: | Competency is the main embodiment of professional training objectives in the new era. This paper analyzes the ele-ments in the connotation of post competency in Chinese medicine, including knowledge, skill, quality and character, and makes an active exploration and practice on cultivating the post competency in Chinese medicine from the integration of curricu-lum system, the construction of practice teaching system, and the introduction of apprentice education. |
