| 摘 要： | 高职物流管理专业人才培养模式创新实验区是职业教育质量工程建设的重要项目之一.围绕胜任基层管理岗位和基于价值链的人才培养模式设计要求,实验区教学组织应强调知识和技能递进式培养,以顶岗实习强化学生实际工作技能,在素质与道德培养方面强调卓越性,同时创新实验区管理与运行机制.

| Abstract: | Innovative experimental area for talent training model of logistics management specialty in higher vocational schools is one of the important projects of engineering construction for vocational education quality.According to the de sign requirement of talent cultivation mode which is competent for grass-level management position and is based on the value chain,the teaching organization of experimental area should strengthen the progressive training for knowledge and skills,consolidate teachers’practical working skills through post practice,emphasize the preeminence in quality and mor al cultivation and innovate the management and operation mechanism of experimental area. |
