| Abstract: | The construction of economical rear service is the intrinsic need of university development and the need of rear service to develop.In order to achieve the goal of constructing economical rear service,we need further strengthen the ideological education,establish perfect related rules and regulations,implement economical management pattern,and vigorously promote and use of the new technology and new equipments. |
