| 摘 要： | 采用资料调研、专家调查和可拓分析等方法,分析了体育产业的资本化发展是向体育强国迈进的体育产业资本市场创新体系构建的基础,论述了向体育强国迈进的体育产业资本市场创新体系构建的重要价值,提出了实现向体育强国迈进的体育产业资本市场创新体系的构建路径:构建向体育强国迈进的体育产业资本市场创新体系的投融资组织优化结构及运作渠道;加快实现向体育强国迈进的体育产业资本市场创新体系构建的法制化建设;借成功举办奥运会、亚运会和世博会机遇推动体育企业和职业体育俱乐部上市融资.
