| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计等方法探讨了我国女子3 000m运动员专项身体素指标体系构成、预测模型、评价标准、诊断与评价方法.结果表明:我国女子3 000m运动员专项身体素质评价体系在结构上由评价指标、指标权重及评价标准3部分组成,并由此建立了专项身体素质评价模型;制定了专项身体素质评价标准;构建了我国女子3 000m运动员专项身体素质诊断与评价的方法学体系,为我国女子长跑运动训练提供方法学依据.
