| 摘 要： | 联盟网络竞争优势的获取和价值的增加越来越依赖于服务要素,服务创新日渐成为推动联盟网络发展的动力。对知识创造的涵义,联盟网络的内涵、特征以及服务创新等相关理论进行了概述,并构建了知识创造与服务创新的作用过程模型,以揭示联盟网络中服务创新的机理,为联盟网络的实践活动提供理论指导和研究方法。 |

| Abstract: | The competition advantage and network value of Alliance network are more and more relying on obtaining and expanding of service elements, service innovation is increasingly becoming a strong strength that promotes alliance network to develop. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing relevant theories, the co-interaction model between knowledge creation and service innovation is set up in alliance network. And it reveals the mechanism of service innovation in alliance network. Meanwhile, it puts forward to theoretical direction and research method for practice activity of alliance network. |
