| 摘 要： | 明确了经济运行质量的含义和范围,提出产业层面的经济运行质量应该包括投入产出效率、产出效用和产出的经济社会效应等三个方面,并结合高技术产业的特点,提出了衡量经济运行质量的11个评价指标,运用因子分析方法,对中国高技术产业的经济运行质量进行了实证分析。

| Abstract: | The article defined the meaning and research scope of economical running quality first,and argued that input-output efficiency,output utility,economic and social effects could reflect the high-tech industrial economical running quality and then put forward eleven indicators to measure them.Finally,on the basis of these indicators,this paper assessed the economical running quality using principal component analysis approach. |
