| 摘 要： | 针对目前企业专利战略制定中存在的问题,构建了基于案例推理的企业专利战略制定模型,并对案例特征信息的提取进行了详细的叙述。在此基础上,提出了基于专利情报分析和SWOT分析的企业专利战略制定方案,来应对案例推理过程中新案例无法得到匹配解或满意解的情况。

| Abstract: | Patent strategy of enterprise has significant meaning to promote enterprise's technology innovation and improve enterprise's core competitiveness. This paper constructs a framework of case-based reasoning for development of enterprise's patent strategy, and systemically studies the extraction of the case's characteristic information. Furthermore, in order to deal with the circumstance in which a new case can't be matched by an appropriate patent strategy in the framework, the paper presents a new method based on patent analysis and SWOT analysis to develop enterprise's patent strategy. |
