范仲淹与庆历新政

就改革的深度和广度而言,庆历新政不仅超过宋代历史上任何一次局部改革,甚至与王安石的熙宁变法亦有所不同,它关涉到当时社会政治、经济、军事、教育、科举等各个方面和领域,集中了当时朝野士大夫要求改革的主要意见,是针对宋代弊政有感而发,可谓“宏且深”,“详且博”,凸显了以范仲淹为首的宋代文人士大夫对社会群体的无限责任意识和使命意识。

Fan Zhongyan and the Political Reform during Qingli Emperor

In regard to the depth and the range of the reform, the political reform during Qingli Emperor was not only overtaking any other partial reformation in the history of Song dynasty ,but also different from Wang Anshi'reform during the Emperor of Xining. It included every domain such as politics, economy, military, education and imperial examinations and so on. It concentrated the main opinion of scholar-officials in court and out of office who required reform and aimed at the maladministration of Song dynasty. This reform could be said "great and deep" , "detailed and comprehensive". It showed the measureless responsibility consciousness and the mission consciousness to the society of the Song-dynasty' scholar-officials headed by Fan Zhongyan.
