“治理能力现代化”背景下高职院校与社区党建共建研究

高职院校和社区是中国共产党基层党建工作的两类基本单位,双方在各自的党建工作中都既有优势、又存在不足。在当前党中央不断强调推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的背景下,高职院校和社区取长补短、优势互补,对推进党建工作具有十分重要的意义。要实现高职院校与社区党建的高效共建,应从明确自身的优势与不足、准确定位共建工作的切入点、形成整体合力、建立长效机制、加强绩效评估等方面入手,努力开创新时代党建工作的新局面。

Research on Co-building of Party Construction in Polytechnics and Communities under the Background of"Modernization of Governance Ability"

Polytechnics and communities are two basic types of basic Party building work of the Communist Party of China.Both parties have both advantages and disadvantages in their Party building work.Under the current background of the Party Central Committee's constant emphasis on advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,how the two sides can learn from each other's strengths and complement each other's strengths is of great significance in advancing the Party building work of both parties.To achieve efficient co-construction of Party building in polytechnics and communities,we should focus on clarifying our own strengths and weaknesses,accurately positioning the starting point for co-construction work,forming an overall synergy,establishing a long-term mechanism,strengthening performance evaluation,strive to open up a new situation for Party building in the new era.
