摘    要:当前新经济的建设和“新工科”的快速发展急需具有团队合作能力的复合型人才。在教学活动中,教师可以结合专业人才培养的特点,将大学二、三年级的多门专业理论课程通过系统化、模块化、分阶段加入小组课题和团队报告等方式,培养学生的团队意识与合作能力。结合不同阶段的课程特点,将小组课题内容循序渐进地由基础知识向专业知识过渡,由理论学习向实践应用延伸。通过优化教学内容,突出工科学生团队意识与合作能力的培养,提高学生的综合素质,从而构建适应“新工科”发展需要的团队型复合人才培养的教学模式。

Research on the Cultivation of College Students'Team Cooperation Ability under the Background of New Engineering:Taking the Talent Cultivation of the Light Chemistry Engineering Specialty as an Example

Abstract:The current construction of the new economy and the rapid development of new engineering urgently require compound talents with teamwork ability.In teaching activities,teachers can combine the characteristics of professional talent cultivation,and integrate multiple professional theory courses in the second and third grades of the university through systematic,modular,and staged group projects and team reports to cultivate students'team awareness and teamwork ability.Combined with the characteristics of the courses at different stages,the content of the group topics is gradually transferred from basic knowledge to professional knowledge,and extended from theoretical learning to practical application.By optimizing the teaching content,highlighting the training of engineering students'team awareness and cooperation ability,and improving the comprehensive quality of students,we hope to build a teaching model for the training of teamwork composite talents that meets the needs of new engineering development.
