| 摘 要： | 实训教学是高职实践教学环节中重要的组成部分，是实现技能型人才培养目标不可缺少的教学环节。针对高职院校实训基地建设中存在的问题．阐述在工学结合模式下，在注重硬件建设的基础上，更要加强实训基地的软环境建设，从根本上改善实训教学条件，提高实训效果，达到高职教育技能训练质量的要求。
