高职经济管理类专业实践性教学问题探析

对经济管理类专业的实践教学情况进行了调查，结果表明，实践课程设置的系统性较弱、学生到企业锻炼机会少、毕业环节形式单一等问题使学生经过三年的学习，对本专业仍然缺乏一定的认同。为此，要重构实践教学体系，改变实践教学中存在的主要问题，在突出高职人才培养目标的基础上，增加实践教学比重。重新构建实践教学技能模块，通过课堂、实训室、企业三方的交互对接，增加学生企业实境锻炼的机会。

An Investigation of Economic and Management Practical Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

The situation of practical teaching for economic and management progams is investigated. The results of the investigation reveal that, the economic and management practical teaching is in lack of system, also the students are in lack of chances to practice in enterprises; meanwhile, the format of graduation is single. As a result, even after three-years studying, the students are still in lack of major cognition. Therefore, on the basis of training goals of polytechnics, the practical teaching system should be re-established to solve the existing problems in practical teaching, and the proportion of practical teaching courses should be increased. It is necessary to re-establish the practical skill teaching modules and further increase the chances of on-site practice for students by connection of classroom, training center and enterprises.
