| 摘 要： | 农村社会主义精神文明建设很重要 ,非抓不可。但是 ,农村精神文明建设存在的问题较多 ,而且很棘手。这些问题的存在原因很复杂 ,主要是由于基础不好、认识不全面、抓得不力等几个方面造成的。解决这些问题的对策是提高认识、增强素质、加大投入。

| Abstract: | The construction of our socialist spiritual civilization in the rural areas is of great importance. Special attention must be paid to it. However,there exist many problems in the course of the construction of spiritual civilization in the rural areas. Those problems ,mainly due to a poor foundation,incomplete understanding and ineffective measures,are extremely complicated.The solution to those problems is to deepen our awareness, enhance our quality and pay more attenion to this matter. |
