Mg2+对超速驱动后离体大鼠心脏的保护作用

摘    要:为研究Mg^2 对疲劳心脏的保护作用,以离体大鼠心脏为研究对象,采用Langendorff灌流装置对超速驱动的离体心脏施加不同浓度Mg^2 的灌流液。结果表明,一定浓度的Mg^2 溶液对离体心脏具有明显的保护作用,表现为心肌乳酸脱氢酶漏出减少,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高,丙二醛含量降低,心肌组织和线粒体钙超载减轻。

Abstract:Taking isolated rat hearts as research objective,with the adoption of Langendorff perfusion device,Mg~(2+) perfusion solution of varied concentration is exerted on the overdriven isolated hearts for the research of the protective function of Mg~(2+) towards fatigue hearts. The results indicate that Mg~(2+) solution of certain concentration possesses tangible protective effect on isolated hearts with performances of the decrease of the transudation of myocardium LDH,the increase of the activity of GSH-PX,the decrease of the content of MDA and the alleviation of the calcium overloading in myocardium and mitochondrion.
