| 摘 要： | 利用简式心境状态量表(POMS)中国修订版，对深圳市运动员进行了问卷调查，旨在探讨运动员赛前的心境状态及其影响因素。结果显示：有较高比例的运动员赛前情绪处于不良状态；不同运动等级的运动员在自尊感方面有显著性差异；不同性别的运动员的心境状态有显著性差异；来自城市的运动员和来自农村的运动员在抑郁因子上有显著性差异；不同年龄、项目的主效应不显著，但在疲劳、抑郁以及自尊感方面交互作用明显。

| Abstract: | This paper makes questionnaire investigation on athlete in Shenzhen by using the abbreviated profile of mood state (POMS) revised in China.The main purpose is to investigate the mental state and influence factors pre-competition.The result shows that comparative high proportion of athletes is in bad mental state pre-competition.There is significant difference in self-esteem between different ranks of athletes.There is significant difference in mental state for different gender.Athletes from city and countryside have significant difference in depression factor.The main effect for different ages,items athletes has not obvious,but there is significant interaction in fatigue,depression and self-esteem. |
