多元利益主体参与逻辑下的高职院校教学质量管理研究

摘    要:高职院校是典型的利益相关者组织,各利益相关者是高职院校社会责任的划定者、办学资源的提供者、制度制定的参与者。明确高职院校利益主体的多元教学质量观和利益诉求,构建利益对话机制,完善利益协调机制,建立合作博弈机制,才能有效构建高职院校教学质量管理的多元利益主体参与机制。

Abstract:Higher vocational college is a typical stakeholder organization.The stakeholders are the people who define the social responsibility,provide educational resources and participate in institutional development.Only by clarifying the stakeholders’ diverse demands and interests,building the dialogue mechanism around interests,improving the coordination mechanism and establishing the cooperative mechanism,can we effectively build a teaching quality management mechanism with multi-stakeholder participation in higher vocational colleges.
