FPGA图像采集系统在视频输出测试系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种基于高质量单片多格式视频译码器ADV7441和FPGA的图像采集系统,阐述了该系统的硬件组成,工作原理。该系统用于实现视频输出测试系统的自动化测试,待测品通过输出接口传输图像信号,经过ADV7441转换成数字信号后,由FPGA对图像采集进行控制,记录输出图像信号各个像素的值,并通过与事先存在Serial FLASH中的Sample值进行比对,并通过单片机将测试结果值回传给测试程序。最后通过实机测试验证工业测试系统中的可行性。

Abstract:A image acquisition system based on high quality single -chip multi format video decoder ADV7441 and FPGA, and describe the hardware composition and work principle of the system. This system is used for video output automation testing system, DUT output image signal , converted to digital signal by the ADV7441, controlled by FPGA, recording each pixel value, and compare with the sample values which are saved in other Serial Flash, Using MCU return the result to program. Finally, Through the testing to verify Feasibility in Industrial testing system.
