运动性疲劳模型建立的分类研究

摘    要:疲劳与恢复循环的过程是竞技能力不断提高的过程,运动性疲劳的研究关系到体育竞赛成绩的优劣,然而,这一过程很多的研究不能直接通过人体试验,所以模型的建立就显得尤为重要,本文以三大供能系统理论为依据,对运动性疲劳模型分类,为疲劳与恢复的研究提供支持。

Abstract:The cycle of fatigue and recovery is the process of athletic ability to continuously improve,the research results of Exercise-induced fatigue related to the pros and cons of sports competition,but a lot of research of this process can not be directly through the human trials,therefore,the establishment of the model is particularly important.This article classifys exercise-induced fatigue model base on the theory of three major energy supply system,it's to support the study of fatigue and recovery.
