摘    要:人们在学习第二语言的过程经常会遇到很多阻碍,其中第二语言焦虑就是阻碍学习者熟练掌握第二语言的主要障碍之一,研究第二语言焦虑不仅可以更为深入的了解第二语言焦虑的本质,为解除第二语言焦虑、顺利掌握第二语言提供理论上和策略上的支持,具有很强的理论和实践意义。

Abstract:Second Language is a main tool in human communication. At present, nearly all the people in the world have to acquire a second language, though many obstacles are getting in their way of learning. Anxiety in second language learning is one of the obstacles. Studying and probing to it not only helps understand its nature but also offers ways to solve the problem. Besides, useful and practical theories and strategies are in urgent need to deal with this problem. This paper mainly makes an analysis of the present situation of anxiety in English learning, and offers some strategies.
