| 摘 要： | 高校学报编辑部应把编辑手段现代化列作学报的一项重要工作，努力实施电子化收发稿件，提高办公效率；强化编辑人员电脑应用技能，加大编排校的电脑化程度；利用网络资源，搜集编辑工作和学术研究资料；发挥电脑综合功能，促进编辑部日常管理；搞好电脑及配套设备安全维护，保障各项工作顺利进行。
