安徽省乒乓项目发展之我见

通过对国际和国内乒乓项目格局以及发展趋势的分析,结合安徽省省情,指出我省乒乓项目发展过程中存在着后备人才缺乏、梯队结构不合理、市场化进程缓慢等问题,并提出安徽乒乓项目的振兴与发展,必须要把动态管理模式、完善人才培养机制和市场化的运行结合起来,在发挥自身优势的基础上,与时俱进,不断提高自我发展和自我创新的能力,实现可持续发展。

My Opinion Of The Development Of Pingpang Game In Anhui Province

This article makes an analysis on the present situation of international and domestic Pingpang item and their development.According to the situation of Pingpang item in Anhui province,it raises several problems of Pingpang's development,such as the lack of young generation athletes for the Pingpang sport,the improper team structure,and the slow progress of marketization,etc.It presents that for the purpose of improving and developing Pingpang item in Anhui province,we need to combine dinamic management,perfect training systems with marketized operation.Based on our own advanced techniques,we should keep up with the evolution of time and society,try to achieve continuous development,self-creation and make progresive self-improvement.
