| 摘 要： | 本文对海绿豆（PhaseolusdemissusKitag）的染色体数目及核型进行了初步研究，结果表明，其染色体数目为2n=22，核型公式为K2n=2x=22=12M＋8m＋2sm．即11对染色体中，6对为正中着丝粒染色体，4对为中央着丝粒染色体，1对为近中着丝粒染色体．核型类型为1B
