| 摘 要： | 本文在对文献进行调研的基础上设计了一套可行的河南省地级城市科技实力评价指标体系。在此基础上,对河南省18个地级城市科技实力的评价进行了实证研究,对各个城市的科技实力在全省中的水平做出科学的评价,并对评价结果进行了分析。最后就如何提升科技实力给出了一些建议。
