太极拳教学中存在的问题与解决措施

太极拳是我国文化中一颗璀璨的明珠,其具有十分深厚的文化内涵及强大的健身功效,是人们喜闻乐见的一种健身活动.但是,当前伴随着经济的飞速发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,太极拳已经慢慢的被贴上了“老年人运动”的标签,这样的情况严重阻碍了太极拳教学发展.因此,为了更好地开展太极拳教学,我们就必须要对当前太极拳教学中存在的问题进行深入的分析,并根据出现的问题制定相应的解决措施,以此来提高太极拳的教学质量,并传承和弘扬民族文化.

On Taijiquan Teaching Problems and the Solving Measures

Tai Chi is a bright pearl of Chinese culture,which has very rich cultural connotation and strong fitness effect,is a fitness activities loved by people.However,along with the rapid development of today economy and the improvement of people＇s living standards,Tai Chi has slowly been affixed to the ＂older ＂ label,this situation has seriously hindered the development of Taijiquan teaching.Therefore,in order to better develop the Taijiquan teaching,we must do an in-depth analysis of Taijiquan teaching problems,and according to the problems,to formulate corresponding measures,in order to improve the quality of teaching of Taijiquan,inheriting and carrying forward the national culture.
