二年制高职IT人才培养考试体系改革与实施

摘    要:传统的考试方式制约着学生创新能力的培养,考试题目设置无视个性差异,考试内容重点不突出,考试形式和方法单一,已经不能适应二年制IT高职人才培养的需要。软件学院自成立以来,注重学生实际应用能力和创新能力的培养,不断探索考试方式、考试内容、考试评价等考试体系的改革,在实践中走出了一条符合软件学院特色的考试改革之路,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The traditional examination system lays restraints on the cultivation of students' innovative abilities.There are such problems in the system as ignorance of students' individuality, examination function unilateralism,irrational examination contents,and single examination mode. The system is inadaptable to the needs of cultivating students of two-year vocational college.Since the foundation of Software College,it has focused on the cultivation of students' practical and innovative abilities through the reform of examination method,content and evaluation.It has scored great achievements in practice by adopting the examination system with software college's characteristics.
